Storm chaser, Richard Heene races against time and a quickly moving storm developing in a remote location north east of Cheyenne, WY, July 26. Heene was not able to launch the rocket, which is full of measuring equipment that takes readings of the large storms as it returns to earth, because of a faulty fuse. The team of storm chasers have a very small window of time, usually no more than three minutes, to ready the rocket for launch.
